What are your charges and how do I pay?
First Time Customers
For first time customers you are requested to use the Online chat system at the top of the page or you can use alternative ways to contact us leave us a message , use the Helpdesk, phone us on 0161 408 6219 or you can Pre book your remote session this will give you chance to give a brief description of your problem and ask any questions, you can then proceed to download the Remote support client and then sit back and let us work our magic.
Once you have spoken to the technician, downloaded the client and made the connection to our support servers the first 15 minutes are Free or until the technician makes an accurate diagnosis. This saves time and money for both the customer and the Technician.
After the technician has made the diagnosis and the customer agrees with the charges a £35 connection fee must be paid to PayPal or the Shopping Cart before the technician can proceed. You do not need to create a PayPal account to complete the payment transaction a payment request will be sent to you via email with instructions how to complete the transaction. PayPal is Secure and fast and is also by far the best form of payment for the customer and Remote Technician.
A typical repair can last anywhere between 30 minutes to 180 minutes depending on the seriousness of the problem, no more than £35 will be charged for the repair, this is a one of fee for a specific issue.
If the diagnosis results find that faulty hardware is at fault, we will then send a technician out to your home if you are in our catchments area, if you are outside our catchments area then a refund minus £10 will be given.(This is to cover our costs, time and the diagnoses we give)
After the repair is completed you will be sent a Technician worksheet with details of the work that was done. (This may take 24 Hours as we compile our data at the end of the day)
For loyal returning customers an invoice will be automatically sent to you after the work has been completed and payment is expected within seven days after the invoice has been received.
Pre - Pay Customers.
Customers who have purchased Pre Paid hours may login to the site and use the one click facility and all the Helpdesk features.
No additional connection or minutes will be charged to your account.
