DISCLAIMER
1. PAYMENT TERMS
Remote-Technician.com offers a free evaluation of your computer problem. If determined that Remote-Technician.com can fix your problem using Remote-Technician.com, payment must be made before the service is performed. If Remote-Technician.com is unable to fix your problem using Remote-Technician.com, other options will be presented to you and you will not be charged for your Remote-Technician.com session.
2. GUARANTEE
Fees will be refunded if Remote-Technician.com is unable to solve your problem (only applicable to Instant Repair services). Once an order has been placed, it's the sole discretion of Remote-Technician.com to decide whether or not we can resolve the problem. The customer must allow Remote-Technician.com sufficient time and access to the computer to diagnose and fix PC problems. In these instances, if the problem is resolved by anyone else during this time, this does not constitute Remote-Technician.com not being able to resolve the problem and your fees will not be refunded. In some instances, it may be required for you to obtain hardware at the request of the technician. In these instances, your ticket will remain open for 7 days in order for you to obtain the hardware to complete the service. Failure to obtain and/or call Remote-Technician.com back to complete the service does not constitute Remote-Technician.com not being able to solve your problem and fees will not be refunded. In other instances, your original Windows installation disk will be required to resolve your issue. In these instances, your ticket will remain open for 7 days in order for you to obtain a replacement disk. Failure to obtain or the absence of this disk does not constitute Remote-Technician.com not being able to solve your problem and fees will not be refunded. All services include a 7 day guarantee from date of original service.
3. LIABILITY
Customer shall back up all data stored in the products to be repaired.
Remote-Technician.com does not accept any liability for data or software which is lost, corrupted, deleted or altered during repair. Customer accepts full responsibility for Customer software and data and Remote-Technician.com are not required to advise or remind customers of appropriate backup and other procedures.
Remote-Technician.com have permission from the customer to carry out the work on the equipment in need of repair.
4. SERVICE AND SUPPORT
Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We will backup our work with support services. Our work carries a 30 day guarantee, whereby if the same problem mentioned on the invoice occurs within 30 days of the original invoice, our technicians will repair the problem for free or refund the customer the full amount. Additional support may be provided free of charge at our discretion.
30 Day Warranty
All completed remote computer repairs are covered by a 30-day warranty, commencing from the date on the original invoice. If the original problem on the work order occurs within 30 days, the technician will fix it free of charge or refund you the full amount.
Excludes computer faults caused by new software, virus and end user errors.
No-Fix-No-Fee Policy
- Remote Technician offer a "no-fix-no-fee" policy on all remote computer repairs.
- If a problem cannot be fixed you will be refunded the full amount.
- Not applicable to "Full Services".
